Why we use it
To book and provide physiotherapy (contract), to keep clinical records and work with your vet (legitimate interests and professional obligations), to send appointment reminders, and to answer your enquiries. We never sell your data.
Who we share it with
Your vet and, where relevant, other members of your animal's care team. Trusted service providers who help us run bookings, email and hosting, under contract.
How long we keep it
Treatment records are kept for as long as professional guidance requires, then securely deleted. Enquiries that don't lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how it's used. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
